Supply a competent referee who has viewed the Junior Secondary Schools Referee video (Youtube LInk) and been provided guidance by coach or school personnel

For South Islands

Schools must forward to VNZ the list of students who complete the course FORM R9 and on receipt of the form, students are entered on the VNZ Referee Database and are eligible to referee at Junior Secondary Schools Championships.  There is no formal assessment but students are required to officiate one match and assessment/feedback is provided by their coach.
