PAYMENT DETAILS - ENTRIES CLOSE 11/11/2011 8PM

 Entry Fees - if team is entered on or before 8PM on 11/11/2011 the entry fee is $120.

Any late entries after 8PM on 11/11/2011 may or may not be accepted and will be at the Tournament Directors discretion. They will also incur a $25 LATE FEE!

Bank Account Details are include in the Tax Invoice you automatically receive

ENTRY FEE REFUND POLICY

If a team submits an entry form and withdraws PRIOR TO the closing date for entries (8PM 11/11/2011) that team will receive a 100% of the entry fee.

NO ENTRY FEE, OR ANY PORTION OF SUCH FEE, will be refunded to a team that withdraws from this event AFTER the closing date (8PM 11/11/2011).
